Then the position of Personal Injury Adjuster at Protector Insurance may be right for you!

In this role, you will investigate and settle personal injury claims based on terms and compensation laws. You will be responsible for your own cases from notification to decision and will work in a structured manner with a focus on quality, progress, and good service.

You will have daily contact with individuals who have suffered injuries, policyholders, representatives, and other parties related to claims, where your ability to communicate clearly and professionally will be important.

Your tasks include, for example:

  • Independently investigate and settle accident claims for both adults and children
  • Work with claims adjustment based on insurance terms and compensation law
  • Assess entitlement to compensation, causation, and medical disability based on medical documentation
  • Ensure cost-effective claims adjustment and work towards set goals and KPIs
  • Provide professional service and clear communication via phone, email, and letters
  • Drive the entire claims process from notification to decision
  • Contribute to the team's development and knowledge sharing

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is driven, disciplined, and enjoys a role where you can work independently and take responsibility. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, work in a structured manner, and are motivated to achieve results and develop over time.

We believe you are at the beginning of your career and have a strong service mindset. You have likely worked in a service-oriented role before, where you are used to taking responsibility, interacting with people professionally, and delivering quality. Furthermore, we would like you to have an academic education from a college/university or FEI, but this is not a requirement.

Meritorious:

  • Experience in personal injury adjustment
  • IFU training
  • Medical understanding
